THIS MANUAL CAM CHAIN TENSIONER IS DESIGNED TO REPLACE THE HYDRAULIC TENSIONERS PRONE TO RATTLING AND FAILURE ON YOUR HIGH PERFORMANCE ENGINES.

HYDRAULIC AUTOMATIC ADJUSTERS CAN BACK OUT WHEN THE THROTTLE IS CLOSED SUDDENLY AT HIGH RPM OR AT A FLIPP OVER. THIS ALLOWS THE CAMS TO GO MOMENTARILY OUT OF TIME, AND CAN RESULT IN BENT VALVES AND SERIOUS ENGINE DAMAGE. HYDRAULIC TENSIONERS HAVE A TENDENCY TO PUT TOO MUCH TENSION ON THE CHAIN GUIDE UNDER HIGH RPM (HIGH OIL PRESSURE CONDITIONS), RESULTING IN PREMATURE WEAR. BOTH PROBLEMS CAN BE ELIMINATED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THIS MANUAL TENSIONER. NO MATTER WHAT THE ENGINE DOES, THE CAM CHAIN TENSION WILL REMAIN CONSTANT. THIS MANUAL CAM CHAIN TENSIONER IS A MUST FOR ANY KIND OF PERFORMANCE RIDING. THIS MANUAL TENSIONER IS CNC MACHINED FROM BILLET 45co STEEL TO EXACT TOLERANCES FOR PERFECT FIT.

FREE SHIPPING (USA):

In the US, packaged shipments up to 15 oz will generally be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. Packaged shipments of 16oz and over will generally be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large or very heavy packages will generally be shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground. Faster services (USPS Express Mail, UPS 2-Day/Next Day Air) are available on request for additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL:

We DO NOT collect international import duty/taxes and such fees may be due on arrival. Packaged shipments outside of the US and less than 3 lbs will generally be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. Larger international shipments will be generally be shipped USPS Priority Mail. USPS Express Mail available on request for additional cost. Very large international packages may require UPS International Service. All services include tracking.

RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY:

We at HdesaUSA.com are pretty genial about returns, within 10 days after delivery to the customer, no questions asked. We do not charge a restocking fee. So long as the part or parts are returned in the same condition as sent, we will refund your money, less shipping. If we’ve made a mistake and sent the wrong part, we will refund your money including initial shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in all cases.
